Players from 30 states and Puerto Rico battled across eight age divisions, showcasing skill, determination, and sportsmanship. Georgia claimed three titles, with James Weber (B18), Simon Hayal (B16), and Michael Chervenkov (B14) emerging victorious, while champions from Tennessee, Michigan, Maryland, Florida, and New York took home the remaining trophies. Images from the USTA Level 4 in Rome
The L4 Open in Rome, Georgia, brought together top junior players,
competing in a "flighted tournament" format with age groups divided
into draws of 16 based on their rankings. While Hurricane Helene
threatened nearby, Rome enjoyed sunny skies and warm temperatures,
making for ideal playing conditions. Photographer Bill Kallenberg

Action Shots from the US Open Juniors
In the final slam event of 2024, top juniors from across the globe
gathered in New York for the US Open Junior Tennis Championships.
Spain's Rafael Nodar claimed the boys' title with a victory over
Norway’s Nikoli Budkov Kjaer, while England's Mika Stojsavljevic won
the girls' crown, 6-4, 6-4. On the American front, Iva Jovic
(Torrance, CA) made a strong run to the girls' semifinals, and Kaylan
Bigun (West Hollywood, CA) reached the boys' quarterfinals.

USTA Kalamazoo Photo Gallery
The #20 seed emerged victorious at the USTA Boys' 18 Championships in
Kalamazoo, Mich., claiming the coveted trophy and a wildcard entry
into the US Open main draw. Matthew Forbes of Raleigh, N.C., who had
struggled earlier in the summer, triumphed in the four-set final
against Jack Kennedy from Huntington, N.Y. In the 16s division, Gus Grummet
from Mill Valley, Calif., won the championship, defeating Arin Pallegar of

Images from the USTA Girls 18-16 Nationals
At the USTA Girls 18-16 Nationals in San Diego, Iva Jovic from
Torrance, Calif., claimed two gold balls in the 18s division, winning
the doubles title alongside Tyra Grant from Miami Beach, Fla. In the
16s division, Ishika Ashar from Boca Raton, Fla., secured the singles
title by defeating Nicole Weng from South Pasadena, Calif. Lyla
Middleton from Jackson, Miss., earned third place in the 16s singles
and captured the 16s doubles championship with her partner, Jordan
Hazelett from Henderson, Nev. Photos from the event, taken by David

Rome USTA L4
In mid-July, Rome, Ga., became the battleground for 16s and 18s
players competing in a USTA L4 Open. The tournament saw three unseeded
players capture singles titles: Jack Lindstrom from Satellite Beach,
Fla., claimed the Boys' 16s title, Francie Pate from Daniel Island,
S.C., triumphed in the Girls' 16s, and Kaiden Greer from Pawleys
Island, S.C., won the Girls' 18s. The Boys' 18s crown went to No. 4
seed Yuva Pavuluri from Atlanta, Ga. The event was captured by
photographer Bill Kallenberg, who documented the competition of the
participants.

Rome Photo Gallery
A Level 2 National was played on the 50-court Rome Tennis
Center in mid-May. The championships were won by two Texans and two
Tennesseeans. Unseeded Ella Brownback (Dallas, Texas) and No. 6 seed
Woodson McMillin (Knoxville, TN) won the Girls and Boys 18s, respectively.
Top seed Carlota Moreno (Knoxville, TN) won the G16s, while second-seeded
Joshua Golden (Austin, Texas) took home the B16 trophy. Photographer
Bill Kallenberg was on hand for the entire weekend to take photos of
players from 25 states and Puerto Rico.

Images from the Easter Bowl
The Easter Bowl National Championships was played in late March at the
beautiful Indian Wells Tennis Garden in California. William Manning of
Raleigh, N.C., and Tianmei Wang of San Marino, Calif., won Easter Bowl
ITF titles. Colette Lewis of ZooTennis.com was on site for the entire
event and submitted this photo gallery.
