Ian Brady has trusted his trainer Chad Stanley to provide advice on becoming stronger, faster and more flexible on the court. He relied on him again when it came to his college options.

Stanley is good friends with Marquette head coach Steve Rodecap and suggested Brady take a look at the program.
"He was just telling me that Rodecap is a really good guy and that I should reach out to Marquette. He was right,” Brady said. “I really felt like I had a good connection with him and he would be able to make me the best player that I could be."
Rodecap came to watch Brady play last summer and liked what he saw. The four-star senior from Indianapolis committed to Marquette after improving his SAT score to receive more academic aid as part of the package.
“It is really exciting,” Brady said. “Like everyone, when I was super little I thought I could go pro. But right when I realized that probably wasn’t going to happen, I always dreamed of playing Division I college tennis.”
