Fats... The Good, the Bad and the Ugly!

America has been paying a lot of attention to dietary fats in recent years. Scientists have been establishing the role of fats in our country's weight problem and heart health. In the meantime, the average American finds himself swinging to extremes, eating way too many of the bad fats found in burgers, fries, and shakes. Other people, in their quest to be thin, have eliminated all fats from their diets. Both of these extremes lead to an ugly reality - we can severely compromise our health.
