Breaking Down Your Opponent

There are some things that never change, whether it is on the athletic field or in life. Some people may not be as good as others, some may be better, and others are equal. But in every situation there are ways to break down your opponent.
We often hear a television commentator or analyst speak about a player breaking down. What does this mean? It could be any number of things. I will break down this topic down and give examples that I have witnessed or even planned as part of my player's strategy.
