TOURNAMENTS
Will outwork everyone in life, has the talent, and a "don't quit 'till it's over" attitude.

Serves:
1st serve: This serve is getting stronger, continually working on it.
2nd serve: This serve is one of my weapons, able to kick it, slice it, or flatten it out.

Forehand: the prefered shot among my groundstrokes. I hit it really hard and am willing to expend the energy to run around my backhand to hit a forehand. Can direct wherever I want and can hit obviously topspin and also slice interchangingly.

Backhand: I reworked the backhand a few weeks ago and it is stronger than ever. Taking a much shorter confined swing and hitting the ball a lot harder.

Backhand slice: This is a shot I pull out more often than I should, but you have to use what you have. The slice catches most people off guard because I basically taught myself to do it, and it is penetrating and skids well.

Approach shots: Forehand is my prefered side to approach on and can calmly and crisply direct the ball where I want.
Backhand is my "sneaky" approach shot because the opponent doesn't know if I will hit a crosscourt drive, short angle, or slice down the line.

Volleys: Volleys are where they need to be to play college tennis. They are crisp, clean, and get the job done. Isn't that what they are supposed to do...
