HIGH SCHOOL
Junior Garrett Kincaid and the Pembroke Hill varsity tennis team won the 2017 MO Class 1 State Championship in Springfield, MO on May 25th. Pembroke Hill had not won State since 2012, and Garrett, with only 1 loss in singles throughout the season, contributed with wins in all his matches in the team State competition.
On Friday May 26th and Saturday May 27th, Garrett, along with his sophomore doubles partner, were finalists in the individual doubles state tournament. They fought their way through the bracket to the championship and lost to a tough team from St. Louis Priory School.
